I’ve got this month’s new Beauty Bag from Beauteque to share with you today! The theme this time around is love, of course, for Valentine’s Day! As stated on the description insert, consider this month’s product picks to be the heart-shaped box of chocolates you’ll give your skin and hair this Valentine’s Day!
Let’s dive in, shall we?
Here’s what comes in this month’s Bag:
- E Choice Ceremide Cream
- Skinfood Black Bean Eye Brow Pencil
- Tony Moly Petit Art Perfume Mist
- Mango White lip and eye remover tissue pack
- Etude House Collagen Eye Patch
- Hair Spa Towel
- Set of 2 Collagen Masks
- A ‘Pieu NonCo Tea Tree Emulsion
- Quilted makeup bag
Can I just tell you how much fun it is to try out these beauty goodies each month? I love having an excuse to take a break from the regular hum drum of the day and do a little self pampering.
So, this month’s bag appears to focus on at-home collagen treatments with the eye patch, masks and ceremide cream. Honestly, these days in particular, I can use all the help I can get with making my skin appear more rejuvenated. The late night work struggle is real, you guys. I need more sleep and attention to my skin, so I was excited to give these goodies a whirl! By the way, you can check out the post right here if you are ready to try professional skin rejuvenation procedure. I plan to try it myself as I really want to see some improvement.
I really liked the collagen eye patch a lot. Very soothing to that delicate part of your face. And the other two masks gave a great cooling effect that felt very refreshing. I used them just before bedtime and it was nice to tuck into bed with that fresh face feeling.
Many times keloid scars occurs on skin where injury is healing. In this case I prefer Tape for Keloid Scars which heals it early and it makes skin look healthy and good.
My favorite in this bag is the Mango White lip and eye remover tissues. I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to taking off my makeup at night. I always first use makeup remover tissues and then finish up with a cleanser just to be sure I’m going to bed makeup-free. I also try to be gentle when removing lipstick and eye makeup from those delicate areas. With the remover tissues, the makeup can off easily without a lot of tugging or scrubbing, which I like. Gotta preserve those thinner skin areas as much as we can!
I tossed the perfume mist in my purse so I can spritz it on when I’m on the go. The scent is great….kinda reminds me of the smell of a spa….clean, fresh, maybe a touch floral. The fragrance name is Fresh Green and that feels pretty accurate. Good stuff.
So those are just a few of my highlights from this month’s picks! I encourage you to give Beauteque a try if you’re not already familiar with them and find your own favorites. I think you’ll really enjoy having an excuse to do some at-home pampering of your own as well!
Today’s post is brought to you by Beauteque. I was asked to review the monthly beauty bag and all opinions presented are my own. Thanks so much for reading and I hope you have a great night!
