My Go-to Hot Tonic for Inflammation & Building Up a Strong Immune System

Honey Lemon Ginger Tonic

I’ve been working on incorporating things into my diet that help with digestion and inflammation and I remembered this simple tonic recipe from years ago.

I’ve been making it weekly and love the warm, slightly spicy nature of it, especially on these cooler nights. It’s so comforting to me at night.

  • Helps alkalize and cleanse your body
  • May help prevent infections
  • Improved appearance of skin
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Vitamin C boost
  • Good source of antioxidants
  • May help lower blood pressure
  • May help reduce joint pain

All good stuff, right? Let me know if you try it!
