A few weeks ago, I had my very first churro at a restaurant we’ve been to hundreds of times. It was DIVINE. I honestly had no idea how good these sweet cinnamon sugar treats really were. In fact, they made such an impression on me that I decided I’d try my hand at a little cheater version of them this week.
These are baked, instead of fried, like the traditional churros, but the cinnamon sugary flavor is still there and they are super easy to throw together for an after dinner treat.
