Double chocolate Protein Muffins

One thing about me….I have a pretty serious sweet tooth! I tried giving up the sweet treats cold turkey a long time ago, but that just left me with sadness. SO, I had to find things that curbed my sweet tooth cravings without going crazy on the sugar and that still retained my “it must have protein” policy.

That said, I’m on a roll with recipes the past week or so! Let’s keep the fun going today with some double chocolate protein muffins that won’t kill your progress in the gym this summer.

Double Chocolate Protein Muffins

This recipe will make two large ramekin-sized muffins or three of the smaller ramekins like I used. The macros for the smaller 6 oz. version are below. Also, feel free to use whatever chocolate protein powder you have on hand, but I do always have great success baking with the PE Science brand and it tastes great.

190 Cal per muffin | Fat 6g | Carbs 26g | Protein 12g
